The undersigned Public Administrator of Perry County, took charge of the estate of Joseph Manning, late of Perry county, deceased, on the 8th of August, 1868, and hereof notifies all persons indebted to said estate, to make immediate payment, and all persons having claims against said estate are required to exhibit them for allowance, properly authenticated within one year from the date above stated, or they may be precluded from the benefits of said estate and if not presented within two years they will be forever barred.
