Appointment of Witnesses and Appraisers.
Tuesday, September 8th 1925Now comes Christine Klump, widow, and Cora Sutterer and Mary Theresa Feltz, only resident children of Ferdinand Klump, late of Perry County, Mo.; and waive their right to administer on the estate of said deceased; and pray[?] that letters of Administration be issued to Wm. A. Sutterer and Clovis Feltz on said Estate.
And now said Wm. A. Sutterer and Clovis Feltz file their affidavit signed by law stating that said Ferdinand Klump died at Perry County, Mo., Sept 3-1925 intestate leaving as his sole heirs at law Christine Klump, his widow; and Louis and George Klump sons; and Cora Sutterer and Mary Tresa Feltz daughters, all adults; and the children of August Klump, deceased, a son; and the children of Laura Chappius and Effie Sutterer, deceased, daughters of said Ferdinand Klump, deceased.
It is therefore ordered by the Judge in vacation that Letters of Administration of the goods, chattels, credits and effects of said Ferdinand Klump, deceased, be now issued to said Wm. A. Sutterer and Clovis Feltz; and that they enter into bond to the State of Missouri in the sum of Five Thousand Dollars, conditional according to law.
And now said Administrators file their bond in said sum of Five Thousand Dollars signed by said Wm. A. Sutterer and Clovis Feltz as principal and Cora Sutterer, Mary Teresa Feltz, H. J. Rauh, and Felix E. DeLassus as securities; which bond is now by the Judge in vacation ordered approved; and that said Administrators now enter on the discharge of their duties.
And it is further ordered that A. J. Hoffman, Andres Hoffman, and Hubert B. Schindler be, and they are hereby, appointed witnesses and appraisers to accompany and aid the Administrators in opening and examining the books, papers, credits, and effects of the deceased and to make an inventory and appraisement of all the property belonging to deceased at the time of his death.

Tuesday, February 23, 1926In the Probate Court of said County on the 23rd day of February 1926 the following among other proceedings were had. viz:
Now in this day it is ordered by the Court on its own motion in the following estates pending in this Court; that following named Administrators or Executors, as to their respective estates, and the Treasurer of the State of Missouri as to all such estates, be notified by a certified copy of this order, mailed to each of them; that on the 15th day of March 1926, this Court will examine all records of this Court and all papers on file in the office of this Court to the matter, in order to determine from such records and papers, or other evidence offered, whether (1) it is necessary or (2) whether, it is not necessary to appoint an appraiser to appraise and fix the clear market value of any property or interest therein, belonging to such estate, the transfer of which is subject to the payment of a tax under the provisions of the Transfer and Inheritance Tax Laws of the State of Missouri, to wit:

Second Day of May TermNow come the Administrators of this Estate and present their account and vouchers for First Settlement hereof; and thereon charge themselves with the sum $4313.36 and ask credits for 508.88, leaving a balance of $3804.38 due the Estate which said Settlement is now by the Court examined, approved and filed and ordered recorded as required by law.
