Now comes said Administrator and presents to the Court, his account and vouchers for first Settlement of said estate, they are by the Court examined, approved and filed, thereon he is charged with assets in his hands belonging to the estate of said deceased, with the sum of $1513.37 and he is allowed credit for disbursment [sic] made according to law and order of Court, in the sum of $472.93 leaving in hands a balance of $1040.44 due said estate.

Demand on Ye for Proffessional [sic] service

Now comes the parties to this cause into open Court. The Administrator waives the right of notice, they proceed to trial, submitting the cause to the Court in the evidence, from which the Court finds that Plaintiffs demand is proffesional [sic] service rendered to the deceased in his life time, amounting to $19.75. It is therefore ordered and adjudged by the Court, that Plaintiffs demand for said amount, including cost of this [settlement] be allowed against said estate, and that it be paid as of the 5th class.

Demand on Note bearing 8% Interest

Now comes the parties to this cause into open Court, the Administrator waives the right of Notice, they proceed to trial, submitting the cause to the Court on the evidence, from which he Court finds that Plaintiffs demand is on a promisory [sic] Note signed and executed by the deceased in his life time, amounting to $50.00, and bearing 8% interest.

It is therefore ordered and adjudged by the Court that Plaintiff’s demand for said amount be allowed against said estate, and that it be paid as of the 5th class.

Appropriation
August 13th, 1917

On motion of said Administrator, it is ordered by the Court that the sum of $200.00 be and the same is now her[e] appropriated out of the assets of said estate, to supply deficiency of 1 years provision for the widow and her six minor children, not on hand at the death of said deceased.

It is further ordered that said Administrator pay said amount to widow of said deceased, take proper receipt from said widow and file it with this Court and he shall be allowed credit for said amount on final Settlement of his said estate.

Final Settlement and Administrator is Discharged
August 13th 1917

Now comes said Administrator and proves to the Court that he has given legal Notice of intention to make final Settlement of this estate at he present time of Court by Notice in the New Republican Era, a newspaper printed and published in Perry County Missouri, for four consecutive weeks as required y law, and by filing the certificate under oath of the Publisher thereof.

Whereupon said Administrator presents his accounts and vouchers to the Court for final settlement of said estate.

Whereupon he is charged on his final Settlement with assets in his hands belonging to the estate of said deceased the sum of $1456.22, and he is allowed credit for disbursment [sic] made according to law and order of Court, for various amounts including compensation the sum of $1303.10, leaving in his hands a balance of $153.12 for distribution among the heirs of said deceased, which Settlement and vouchers are approved by the Court, and the same is ordered to be filed and recorded, and said approval certified thereon.

And then comes Mattie Klump in open Court and files her petition praying the Court to pay said balance of $153.12 over to her for the support and education of her Six minor children.

The Court having examined the petition and evidence adduced. It is ordered by the Court that said administrator pay the said balance of $153.12 to Mattie Klump mother of said minors, and Natural Guardian of said minors as provided by Sec. 259a of the laws of Missouri of 1917, take proper receipt therefore and file it with the Court.

And then comes Mattie Klump and signs a final receipt for said balance of $153.12. It is therefore further ordered by the Court that Emil R. Huber as such Admr. be and he is now here finally discharged from rendering any further account of said estate to this Court.

Appointment of Guardian and Curator

It is appearing to the Court that the hereinafter named minors, children and heirs of August Klump deceased of Perry County, Missouri, have money and property due them, and have no legal Guardian and Curator, and being under the age of 14 years;

It is therefore ordered by the Court that Sylvester Zahner, Public Administrator of Perry County, Mo. Be, and he is hereby appointed Guardian and Curator of the estate of

Elbert Klump, born March 1st, 1909,
Elmeta Klump, born Oct. 16, 1910,
Emanuel Klump, born Jan. 12, 1912,
Menetta Klump, born Oct. 13, 1913, and
Emmet Klump, born Aug. 1915,

minor children of August Klump deceased of Perry County, Mo., and that he take charge of their said estate under his Bond as Public Administrator of Perry County, Mo.

And the said Sylvester Zahner having subscribed his oath as required by law, he now qualifies according to law and enters upon the discharge of the duties of his trust as such Guardian and Curator.

Appointment of Guardian and Curator
May 11, 1922

Now comes Sylvester Zahner, Guardian and Curator of Emmet, Menetta, Emanuel, Elmeta and Elbert Klump, minor children of August Klump deceased, and states to the Court that Ethel Klump is a sister of above named wards and is also a minor heir of said deceased, and has no legal Guardian and Curator.

It is therefore ordered by the Court that Sylvester Zahner be, and he is, hereby appointed Guardian and Curator of the Estate of Ethel Klump, a minor, and that her Estate be consolidated with the Estate of the above named minors.

First Annual Settlement
February 14th, 1923

Now comes Sylvester Zahner, Guardian and Curator of said minors and presents his account and vouchers for first settlement of this estate thereon he charges himself with the sum of $1541.11 and asks credits for $68.27 leaving a balance of $1472.84 due said wards or the sum of $245.47 each; and making due for Menetta Klump the sum of $245.47 out of which [the sum of $25.00] is appropriated the sum of $25.30 to Wm. A. Sutterer for doctor bill paid out by him for said minor and which amount said Guardian and Curator shall be allowed credit on this settlement leaving a balance due said Menetta Klump the sum of $220.17 which said settlement was by the Court approved and ordered filed and recorded as required by law.

Now comes the Curator of this estate and prays for an appropriation of fifty dollars for support and maintainance [sic] of the said wards and the court being advised orders said sum appropriated out of the funds of the estate of said Elmeta and Emmet Klump and that he have credit on his next settlement.

Now comes the Curator of this Estate and presents his account and vouchers for second annual settlement hereof and thereon charges himself with the sum of $232.17 and asks credit for $9.71 leaving a balance of 222.46 due the Estate, which is by the Court,approved and filed and ordered recorded as required by law.

Now comes the Guardian of this ward and presents his account and vouchers for his 3rd Annual Settlement hereof and thereon charges himself with the sum of $795.46 and asks credit for $28.70 leaving a balance of $766.76 due this Estate, Which said settlement is by the Court now examined, approved and filed and ordered recorded as required by law.

Which said settlement is now by the Court examined approved and filed and ordered recorded as required by law.

Now comes the Curator of this Estate and presents his account and vouchers and charges himself thereon with the sum of $10.51 for his 4th Annual Settlement and asks credit for $29.39 leaving a balance of $781.17 due the estate which said 4th Annual Settlement is by his account assured approved and filed and ordered recorded as required by law.
