Peter Kline
Guardian and Curator of minor heirs of William Kline, dec'd

Know all men by these presents, that we, Peter Kline, as principal, and George W. Perry and Nicholas Moore, as securities, of Perry County in the State of Missouri, for the use of Joseph A. Kline, a minor and heir at law of William Kline, deceased, in the sum of eight hundred dollars lawful money for the true and faithful payment of which we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly, severally, our names and seals this 13rd [sic] day of March A.D. 1854.

The condition of the foregoing obligation is such that if the above bound Peter Kline, who has been appointed Guardian and Curator of Joseph A. Kline, a minor, as aforesaid, shall faithfully discharge the duties according to law, then the foregoing obligation or bond to be null and void, otherwise to remain in full force and effect.

Know all men by these presents, that we, Peter Kline, as principal, and Syvanius Layton, James Manning and Charles Vessells, as securities, of Perry County in the State of Missouri, are held and firmly bound unto the state of Missouri for the use of Marciline [Marcella] Kline, and James Kline, minors and heirs at law of William Kline, deceased, in the sum of sixteen hundred dollars lawful money for the true the and faithful payment of which we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly, severally, and firmly by these presents to which we have subscribed our names and seals this 17th [sic] day of March A.D. 1853.

The condition of the foregoing obligation is such that if the above bound Peter Kline, who has been appointed Guardian and Curator of Marceline Kline and James Kline, minors, as aforesaid, shall faithfully discharge his duties according to the law, then the foregoing obligation or bond to be null and void, otherwise to remain in full force and effect.

Know all men by these presents, that we, Peter Kline, as principal, and Walter Blandford and Jesse R. Walker, as securities, of Perry County in the State of Missouri, are held and firmly bound unto the state of Missouri for the use of William J. Kline, a minor, and heir at law of William Kline, deceased, in the sum of eight hundred dollars lawful money for the true the and faithful payment of which we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly, severally, and firmly by these presents, to which we have subscribed our names and seals this 13th day of December A.D. 1852.

The condition of the foregoing obligation is such that if the above bound Peter Kline, who has been appointed Guardian and Curator of William J. Kline, a minor, as aforesaid, shall faithfully discharge his duties according to the law, then the foregoing obligation or bond to be null and void, otherwise to remain in full force and effect.
