Guardian and Curator of Ellen Kline

Know all men by these presents, that we, Elizabeth Kline, as principal, and Josephus Blandford and Charles Vessels, as securities, of Perry County in the State of Missouri, are held and firmly bound unto the State of Missouri for the use of Ellen Kline, minor and heir at law of William Kline, deceased, in the sum of eight hundred dollars lawful money for the true and faithful payment of which we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors and administrators, jointly, severally, and firmly by these presents to which we have subscribed our names and seals this 13th day of March A.D. 1854.

The condition of the foregoing obligation is such that if the above bound Elizabeth Kline, who has been appointed Guardian and Curator of Ellen Kline, minor, as aforesaid, shall faithfully discharge her duties according to law, then the foregoing obligation or bond to be null and void, otherwise to remain in full force and effect.
