By virtue of Entry No. 1499 --
I have surveyed for John Daniel Fifty acres of land [in the] County aforesaid on the Waters of Mountain Creek.
Beg. on a black ..., beg. corner of a thirty nine acre tract in the name of James Bryant to the North east corner of the said tract runing [sic] thence north twenty poles [to a] hickory on a conditional line made between said Daniel & Ely... running thence West with said line one hundred and forty poles to ... & post oak, thence South one hundred and one & 3/100 poles to a ... and black ?, thence east intersecting the north boundary ... seven acre tract belonging to said Daniel and with said line one [hundred] and forty poles to a stake, thene North eighty one & three ... to the beg. including thirty nine acres of granted land belonging [to said] John Daniel.
