John Daniel
Land Entry No. 1498

By virtue of Entry No. 1498 -- dated the 18 of January 1826

I have surveyed for John Daniel one hundred acres of land lying in the County aforesaid on the headwaters of the east fork of Stone's River -- Beg'g on a post oak the north east corner of a twenty five acre tract entered in the name of James Bryant, running thence north one hundred & sixty poles to a black oak thence west one hundred poles to a white oak thence one hundred and sixty poles to a stake thence east one hundred poles to [beginning].  

22nd of May 1827
