Generation 2. Martha Craig (1842-after 1917).

Martha was a daughter of Jane Brown and James Craig, niece of Mary Craig, and stepdaughter of Hamlet Totten.. Her twin was Susan Craig. In 1880, she was living with Hamlet and Jane in their home in Rural Valley and was working as a seamstress. In 1884, she married Robert Daugherty Bowser, who farmed near Rural Valley.

The photo is undated and the photographer's mark is: "G. A. Uhle and Son, Photographers, 90 & 92 Federal Street, Allegheny, Pa."
