Generation 3. Isabella Jane (McGranahan) Stewart (1853-1937)

Isabella was a daughter of James and Martha Jane (Stewart) McGranahan, and a granddaughter of George and Isabella (Cassidy) Stewart. She married Charles Stewart, who as far as I know was not related to our Stewart family.

Isabella lived with her uncle and aunt, John and Mary Stewart, in the 1870's and took care of the children. My grandfather called her "Auntie Belle" although she was really his first cousin.

This photo is undated; the photographer's mark is "C.C. Shadle, Kittanning, Pa."
