The Custead Family - Volume One
Generation 1. Susan Latitia Cooper Smith (1837-1872), daughter of Samuel Cooper and Mary Walton.
Susan may have been named for her aunt Susannah Davis Walton (abt 1804-1891), who was a milliner in Meadville, PA for many years. Susan Cooper married George Smith in Meadville PA in 1857; they had a daughter named Flora Bell and perhaps a son.
