Generations 1 and 2. Family of Flavious Josephus Cooper (1832-1912), oldest son of Samuel Cooper and Mary Walton

Flavious Josephus was a brother of Mary Deborah Cooper. In 1856 he moved from Crawford County, PA to Illinois, to work on his uncle's farm. In 1865 he moved to Kansas and farmed there. Standing from left: William Henry (1873-1970), Samuel Milton (1869-1954), Mary Elizabeth (1875-1948), Ella Alice (1878-1968), Flavious John (1864-1943) and George W. (1866-?).
