Generation 3. Parks Rayburn Banks (1892-1970).

Son of Robert and Anna Jane (Ambrose) Banks; grandson of Frank and Rebecca Jane (Dougherty) Ambrose. This is a postcard. The photographer's mark is Leister Photo Studio, Kittanning, PA.

Parks graduated from Slippery Rock State College and the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy. He taught at Yatesboro High School and went on to be an assistant principal of Har-Brack High School in Natrona Heights. He also worked as a pharmacist.

Parks married Lucile Marshall of Rural Valley. They had one daughter, Marion. Parks is buried in the Rural Valley Cemetery, and Lucile may be as well.
