Generation 2. Parks Arnold Ambrose (abt 1866-?).

Parks Arnold Ambrose was a son of Frank and Rebecca Jane (Dougherty) Ambrose. This picture is undated; its photographer's mark is Swan Brothers, Market St. Kittanning and Broad St., East Brady, PA.

Parks was born around 1866, possibly on his parents' farm in East Franklin Township, Armstrong County, PA. I have very little information about Parks. An Ambrose family history states that he was a dentist, that his wife's name was Alice Reed and that they had a daughter named Grace.

Parks would have been a "double cousin" to Rit and Margaret's children, since his father Frank was Rit's brother, and his mother Rebecca was Margaret's sister.
