Postcards from the city of Pottsville            

Pottsville was/is the closest city to Saint Clair, it is approximately 3 miles South of  the Borough.  This is where the "high society" of Schuylkill County resided and entertained.  The city of Pottsville reflected prosperity, sociability and good times in  the 1920's, after World War I.

Opened Halloween 1927.  Later became Necho Allen Hotel
