PBN Publications Sussex records for sale, including 1841 Census, some on fiche & some in booklet form.
Business is run by two lovely, mature (if they will forgive me!) ladies who also do all the transcribing - I met them at a Family History Fair.

UK Census fiche can be bought if you know the reference
Catalogue is not user-friendly but the information is there if you persevere
