Go to the "Archives by country" link, find the country (ie. Canada) and view the list of files. When you see one you want, postion your cursor over the file name desired (you should see a hand icon). The file name will appear to be a link, but don't try to view it online because everything will be compressed in ZIP type files to save space, yet be usable by PC, Mac and Unix viewers. Then, right click (for right handed users; if you are left handed and switched the mouse buttons, that would be left click) and choose the "save target as ..." option, and you will get a "save as" window. Select the subdirectory you wish to save the file in and if required (i.e. you already have a file by that name in that subdirectory), change the file name as desired.
