This being my Last Will and Testament In the Name of God Amen My Sole to God my Body to the Earth I Hugh Ivester in the first place doe give and Bequeth unto my wife Barbara the Land & plantation in dureing hur widowhood
(Item) Also the Spot Mare hur Saddil & bridel hur Bed & Furneture She is to enjoy forever & to finish the house oute of the Estate that be the Suiteablest to imploye workmen
Secondly I Give and Bequeth unto my Son George the watman Filley with my Saddil & Bridel farther I give unto my Son George and my Son Jacob all the Land as I persess to be Equally Devided between them and all the Rest of my Estate to be Equally Devided Amonst all of my Children George and Elesebeth and Polley (and) Jacob also the child as my wife goes with now is to have a Equal part of my Estate with Elesebeth & Pokley and farther if it sholde be Born alive and a boye my Son George & my Son Jacob must give it Ten pounds apece and I Still Remain in perfect Senses and Doe appoint Sammuel Carpenter and my wife Barbara to be Executors of this Will
