Born in Bethlehem Township, he was a son of the late George and Helen (Meixell) Grogg. Survivors: Daughter, Shirley I. Kostenbader of Pen Argyl; sons, Barry Lee at home and Terry E. of Bangor; sister, Frances Kocher of Nazareth; 12 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a daughter, Betty Rose. Services: 11 a.m. Thursday, Bensing Funeral Home, Moorestown. Call 10-11 a.m. Thursday.".

Surviving with her husband are two daughters, Shirley, wife of Marlin Kostenbader of Nazareth, and Mrs. Betty Rose of Easton; two sons, Barry of Point Phillip and Terrence of Bangor; a brother Ralph of Newburg; a sister, Mrs. Pearl Gillen of Easton; 12 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Bensing Funeral Home, Moorestown. Calling hours will be 7-8 p.m. Tuesday.".

(Wieder) Barndt. They were married 43 years last July. Barndt was employed by Emrik Geosits Construction Co., Northampton, for 10 years before retiring in 1985. Before that he worked for Harold Dieterly Construction Co., Trumbauersville, and R&J Apparel Co., Quakertown. Born in Quakertown, he was a son of the late Ezra and Eva (Maugle) Barndt. He was an Army veteran of World War II and a guard at the Nuremberg Trials, Germany. Barndt was a former president of Haycock Fire Co., Applebachsville, and a director of the AmVets, Bethlehem. Survivors: Wife; daughters, Diane, wife of William R. Trauger, and Bonnie, wife of Richard Raudenbush, both of Bethlehem, and Debbie, wife of Lt. Cmdr. Lawrence Brooks of Yorktown, Va.; sons, Terry W. and William G., both of Bethlehem; sisters, Pauline Kline of Quakertown, and Betty, wife of Stanley Benner of Perkasie; brothers, Ralph Maugle, William Barndt and Orvis Barndt, all of Quakertown, and Orville Barndt of Lower Gwynedd Township, Montgomery County, and 15 grandchildren. Memorial services: 1 p.m. Saturday Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden St., Bethlehem. No calling hours.".
