"Her mother was Lucy Ayers Hall and her father was Alonzo Hall. The Hall family goes back to Plymouth, Rhode Island in the 1600's. I have pictures of their gravestones, too. They are buried in West Malta cemetery (formerly Collamer cemetery) in Malta, Saratoga, NY. Lucy and Alonzo Hall brought up my grandfather and his siblings as their mother died when my grandfather was 1 month old." [299]
