To add your name as a contact, click the following link to EMAIL BOB. In the body of the eMail include the following message (after filling in the blanks):

Surname: __________________  <-- surname you will support, all in caps

Person:  __________________  <-- given name of the "earliest" person you can support.

Dates:   __________________  <-- 'birth - death' years. Use '?' if not known

Where:   __________________  <-- include State / Country abbreviated locations, separated by commas

Married: __________________  <-- spouse's name in the form of SURNAME, Given name

Contact: __________________  <-- name by which you want listed (surname not necessary)

email:   __________________  <-- your email address if it differs from where you email me.

As a simple example, assume you want to support: Mary JONES, b: 1815 in TN, d: about 1872 in IL; married John SMITH in MO. And you want to be contacted as 'Butch'. Your completed form would appear as:

		Surname: JONES

		Person:  Mary

		Dates:   1815-1872

		Where:   TN, MO, IL

		Married: SMITH, John

		Contact: Butch

On receipt this information you will be notified by email of it's receipt and again later when the list has been updated. The list will be periodically updated to reflect additions. After you recieve notification of "list update", you should return to this site & email YOURSELF a test message from your 'CONTACT' entry. This insures no mistake has been introduced while adding your name. If an error exists, email me so I can correct it.
