King Binnya Kyan of Hanthawaddy

NOTES:
13th King of Hanthawaddy Pegu 1450/1453, he rebelled against his brother, Binnya Dhammaraza, when the latter became king, as a bribe, he was made governor of Martaban, but effectively ruled there as an independent king and later came to power afte r assassinating his cousin, Binnya Waru in 1450; his only notable contribution was raising the height of Shwedagon Pagoda from 20 to 92 metres.
