1^st I desire that my beloved wife Mary Dorton shall have all of my perishable property and Real estate until my youngest child Nancy Jane Dorton shall become of age which child was born in February Eighteen hundred and forty seven my wife paying all my Just debts as they shall become due and funeral Expenses. 

It is my desire that my wife as soon as my youngest child Nancy shall become of age that my wife sell so much of my perishable property as she shall think proper and the monies arising from the sale thereof I wish my wife to put out on interest.

2^nd I give to my dearly beloved wife Mary Dorton all of the farm on which I now live lying on the waters of Sandy Creek for and during the term of her natural life and after her decease I give the same with all of myother property and monies if any they shall be to be divided equally between my children to wit:
