This picture is taken from
where the sentry stands. |
I took some pictures of gravestones in the graveyard where the sentry is. These gravestones and the graveyards themselves are beautifully kept. Many of the gravestones look like they have been replaced, as the persons buried seem to indicate that the gravestone should be in worse condition because of age. I will add some of these gravestone pictures later to this page. |
| I have a page that is not connected to the internet that has about 5 pictures on it of the group that attended. To email me click here. This page is not linked on my site, so it will not be available on the internet to anyone except thru me and thru anyone you give the url address to. Many people do not want their pictures on the internet. I find most people do like their picture on the internet, but as these are group pictures, I can't ask you all individually if it is o.k. |
Florence and others who were responsible for the meeting, I want to thank you for inviting me. I feel honored and hope I will be invited back again. I will do everything I can to help anyone who needs any genealogy help from me. Let me know. |
I
understand that some others in this group have attended
some powwows. If you know of any over here in Virginia
that any of you will be attending, let me know. I
attended a powwow in New Market, Virginia, a few months'
ago, and the Monocan and Pamunkey were supposed to show
up, but they weren't there when I was there. It was a
lovely powwow. Powwow
at New Market. |
