The first child of James C. and Margaret A. (Hays) was born 22 Oct 1854 in Dallas Co., MO. She married Charles C. Williams a farmer in Dallas Co., MO He was born 15 Oct 1853 and died 17 June 1915 (Sweaney Cem.) She died 11 Feb 1928. They had at least seven children.
