P. 17:

Order Books 1821-2: Samuel K. Caldwell admitted to practice law.

Note: It is not known at this time whether this Samuel K. is the son of Kinkead or the missing son of Samuel Sr. Probably the latter as he died 1822.

P. 23:

John Caldwell, Intestate estate dated 12 Mar 1831. Administrators: Sally and Ephraim Caldwell. Securities Wm. Penix and James Shields. (We need a copy of the loose file for this)

Note: This John is the brother to Ephraim, both sons of William who died in Bath Co., KY. They appear in the Pike Co. 1830 census. We have not found a record of where/when Ephraim died.

P. 28:

Harmon Caldwell. 20 May 1835. Appointed guardian of Walter Caldwell, minor, aged 17 years. Securities were Ephraim Caldwell and Wm. Penix.

P. 33:

NOTE: It is possible that Patsy married a son of John Caldwell. John had two sons and two daughters according to the 1830 census.
