4. BENJAMIN F. FOX, son of David and Jane Fox, was born about 1839; in the 1860 Greenbrier
census he is listed as a 21-year-old farmer in the household of David Fox (9). Benjamin was
a soldier in the Civil War (5). He married VIRGINIA BOGGS in 1866 in Braxton County, West
Virginia (6). In the 1850 Braxton County, West Virginia, census, she is listed as age one,
in the household of Benjamin L. and Jane Boggs (10). Benjamin Fox was named as an heir of
David Fox, deceased, in a 1915 Summers County, West Virginia, court case (3). He resided
about 1919 near Frametown, West Virginia (8). The Braxton County census of 1920 shows
Benjamin, aged 80, and his wife Virginia, aged 71 (7). Some children of Benjamin and Virginia
