The United States of America.
To all to whom these presents, shall come Greeting: Whereas, James D. McClung
of Johnson County, Missouri has deposited in the General Land Office of
the U.S. a Certificate of the Register of the law office at Boonville,
whereby it appears that full payment has been made by the said James D.
McClung according to the provisions of the Act of Congress of the 24th
of April 1820, entitled "The Act making further provision for the sale
of the public lands for
The West half of Lot number One, of the North West Quarter of Section Five, in Township Thirty-six, of Range Thirty Three. .. . . (etc)

and his wife, Agnes situated in the County of Vernon in the State of Missouri,
The West half of Lot No. One (1) of the North West Quarter of Section Five (5), in Township Thirty Six (36) of Range Thirty Three (33), containing forty acres more or less. (etc)
