DEED TO PECK SECTION OF KYSER-PECK CEMETERY

The Peck Section of the cemetery was set aside by deed signed by W. B. Peck (Beverly) and

H. A. Peck (Henry), dated 18' of March, 1909, being 1/2 acre in size. This deed filed in Rockwall County Records Vol. 9, Page 411. Further, by deed dated January 27, 1909, H. A. Peck (Henry) conveys to J. V. Peck certain lands, reserving a road 30' wide, leaving the main public road at 735 feet W. 45W of the East corner of the tract, running 950 feet parallel to the southeast line on bearing of S. 34 U2 W. and containing some 1/2 acre.

These materials are submitted by Mary Lloyd Hanby Dudley. Mary Lloyd is the  great-granddaughter of Joseph Addison and Ellenora Baker Peck, granddaughter of Peter Sharp Hanby and Elizabeth Josephine Peck Hanby, and daughter of Clinard Joseph and Ruth Lee Hanby.
