So far we have gathered Onions, Okra, Cucumbers, Yellow Squash, Zucchini Squash, Tomatoes and Hot Pepper out of the garden. We have made Squash Relish, Squash Pickles, Cucumber Pickles, Pepper Sauce and Cucumber Relish. Have also put Yellow Squash and Okra in the freezer.

The Corn should be ready to pick soon. Also have Bell Pepper, Banana Pepper, Purple Hull Peas, Speckle Butter Bean, Pole Beans, Beets, Cantaloupe and Water Melons in the garden. Later we will plant a "small" fall garden as different items stop producing.

Had forgot how much "fun" having a garden can be and how much work. BUT we have had fresh vegetables to eat now and enough to put up for this winter.
