by Evelyn Flood

William Henry Burdine was born on 28 February l868 in White Township, Newton County, Arkansas, the son of NATHANIEL BURDINE and SARAH PIERCE.
William H had his birthdate changed to March lst so he could have a birthday every year. Seems like that 29th of February l868 was a Leap Year.
