• Newspaper article: The Daily Courier, 21 Oct 1911, Connellsville, Fayette, Pennsylvania. 34 At the home of William Morgart on Aetna street, the oldest boy is ill with scarlet fever. The house was placarded yesterday. In the same vicinity there are several cases of typhoid fever. The residents of that section of town are complaining of the bad condition of a sewer. It is the main sewer running down through the hollow to the river and sewage has been oozing out and creating a stench for weeks. By some it is blamed for the fever that has originated in that vicinity.
