Marguerite L. Morgret, 93, died at 4:25 p.m. June 14, 2009, at Hilty Memorial Home, Pandora.
She was born Sept. 21, 1915, in Gilboa, to Clarence and Etha Neimire Sheidler, who preceded him in death. On April 11, 1936, she married Jean Morgret, who died Feb. 11, 2003.
Mrs. Morgret was a homemaker. She was a member of Gilboa United Methodist Church, Gilboa. She was a past grand worthy matron of the Order of Eastern Star, Ottawa. She had been an election poll worker.
Survivors include three daughters, Jo Ann Jimenez, of Lima, Sara (Tom) Rayman, of Delphos, and Kathy Morgret, of Rex, Ga.; three sons, Bruce (Carolyn Dale) Morgret, of Herndon, Va., Lewis (Diana) Morgret, of Santa Maria, Calif., and Paul (Margaret) Morgret, of Lima; 18 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren and two great-great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, John E. Morgret; a brother, Franklin Sheidler; and a sister, Marie Reichenbach.

Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Heitmeyer Funeral Home, Ottawa. The Rev. Janet Lewis-Cattell will officiate. Burial will be in Harman Cemetery, Gilboa.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and one hour prior to services Thursday at the funeral home, where an OES service will be held at 7:30 p.m.

Marguerite married Eugene MORGRET, son of Franklin Clay MORGRET and Amy Gae BECHTEL, on 11 Apr 1935. (Eugene MORGRET was born on 4 Dec 1914 in Malinta, Henry, Ohio, United States, died on 11 Feb 2003 in Ottawa, Putnam, Ohio, United States and was buried on 14 Feb 2003 in Harman Cemetery, Gilboa, Putnam, Ohio.)
