Tenant farmer of 80 acres owned by Martha E. Brand, Section 8, Sheffield Township, Tippecanoe County, IN in 1919. Martha was Perry's mother. Interestingly, Perry owned property in other parts of Sheffield Township as late as 1888. He may have rented it out, or it may have been sold by 1919.
Raised Duroc Jersey hogs in 1919.
Owned a Chalmers (automobile) in 1919.
