Introduction
| This web page is about the DEASON families of Isles of Scilly and mainland Cornwall, England pre 1855. Bendigo area including Moliagul, Victoria, Australia 1855+. Looking for information on the "Welcome Stranger" gold nugget found by John DEASON and Richard OATES in 1869 at Moliagul, Victoria, Australia. These records would not have been possible for the help of many contributers.
