The Isles of Scilly Family History Group was formed in 2002 with the aim of bringing together persons researching Scillonian families. The Group works very closely with the Isles of Scilly Museum. So far there are some 60 members world-wide. The Group hold their names, contact details and research names on a database and produce, for members, a booklet each year listing these details. This list has helped immensely with redirecting enquiries to the correct researcher over the last two years. Anyone wishing to know more about the Group, or wishing to join, may contact the Secretary, Roger Banfield, on research@iosfhg.freeserve.co.uk or via the Isles of Scilly Museum on info@iosmuseum.org.

NOTE: While care has been taken with the compilation of the information below by the various people involved, errors may still occur and it is strongly advisable to look at the original records. For privacy reason no data past 1905 will normally be shown. Some individuals/families may have moved either temporarily or permanatly to mainland Cornwall or other places and thus may not be in Scilly records.
