Jakob - Originating in Switzerland and immigrating to the United States in the late 1890's.

Thorpe - Originating in England and Wales in the early 1800's.

Bell - Origination unknown but traced back to approximately 1850 in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania.

Smith - Origination unknown but traced back to approximately 1810 in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania
