Mrs. Martin was a homemaker and a member of the McDowell First Baptist Church, McDowell, Kentucky. Survivors include one son, Demoris Martin, Winchester, Ky., two daughters, Matifern Wright and Priscilla Henry both of Minnie, Ky., one sister, Edna Hamilton, Minnie, Ky., 12 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and a son, Gobel P. Martin. Funeral services for Edith Frasure Martin will be conducted Saturday, May 03, 2008, at 11:00 a.m., at the Hall Funeral Home Chapel, Martin, Ky., with the Clergyman Harry Hargis officiating. Burial will follow in the K. F. Martin Cemetery, Minnie, Ky., under the professional care of the Hall Funeral Home. Visitation is after 6:00 p.m., Friday here at the Funeral Home. She was buried at K.F. Martin Cemtery, Minnie, Floyd County, Kentucky.
