Born April 2, 1950, in Pike County, he was the son of Douglas Osborne of Hunter, and the late Hazel Skeens Osborne. He was a disabled communications worker. He is survived by his wife, Diana Crisp Osborne. Other survivors include two Sons: Anthony Todd Osborne of Prestonsburg, and Mikele Andrew Osborne (Iva) of Hager Hill; three brothers: Frank, Paul, and Melvin; and four sisters: Liza, Ruby, Verda, and Alpha; four step-grandchildren, and nine step-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 13, at 11 a.m., at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home, in Martin, with Mabry Holbrook officiating. Burial will be in the Lucy Hall Cemetery, in McDowell, under the direction of Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home. Visitation is at the funeral home.
