In the name of God, Amen I Bathsheba M. Flinn of Dorchester, County of Norfolk and Commonwealth of Massachusetts, widow, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make publish and declare this Testament as [?] my last will, hereby revoking all former wills by me made in words following viz. Item I give and bequeath to my sister Mehitable Adams the sum of three hundred dollars to her and her heirs forever. Item I give and bequeath to the American Baptist Reformers[?] Society Union the sum of two hundred dollars. Item I give and bequeath to the first Baptist Society in Dorchester Massachusetts the sum of two hundred dollars for support of the Gospel. Item to the children of my deceased brother, Gideon McIntosh I give nothing but my good wishes. Item to my nephews, Archibald & Benjamin Mikinley[?] I give also my good wishes. Item to my two nieces Elizabeth M. Fisher and Sarah H. Clark of Dorchester, I give and bequeath the whole remainder of my property whether but[?] Personal or mixed[?] wherever it my found with this person viz. that the said Elizabeth M & Sarah H. shall each them pay to Lydia Beeman the sum of Four dollars each and every year that she may live. Item I hereby nominate and appoint Robert May of said Dorchester to be the sole Executor of this my last will and hereby direct him to sell all my real estate and I hereby fully empower him to do so and to pass deeds for the conveyance of the same and I also hereby direct him to pay over[?] the legacies herein named and[?] [?] after[?] my death as is consistent with the best interest of my estate. In witness whereof I the within named Bathsheba M. Flinn, did using[?] the foregoing to be my last will, have hereunto affixed my hand and seal this twentyfifth day of February in the year of our Lord eighteen hundred & sixty three.
Signed sealed published and delivered by the above named Bathsheba M. Flinn as and for her last will in presence of us who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto set our names as witnesses the day and year above written.
