Written note: Sarah died February 12, 1863 and Mr. [Taylor A.]
Baxter, an uncle, took Minnie and Thomas with him to Kansas and raised the
children there.. Thomas died November 1, 1890 in Kansas and Minnie married
a Mr. Christian Frederik NONKEN and at this time, (1924) lives in Peabody, KS. In 1941, Minnie still lives in Peabody.

Wesley Turner's death date and location was mentioned in a letter dated
July 16, 1867 by Taylor Alexander Baxter to Col. Thos. J.
Jefferson. See the following page.
