1. Using the right mouse button "right click" on the link below. A menu will come up. 
2. From the menu that came up "left click" on "save link as" (Netscape users) or "save target as" ( MS Internet Explorer users).
3. Then a "save as"  menu will come up. 
4. "Left click" in the little "save in:" window and choose the folder that you wish to download the file into...
5. Make sure the "file name" is still correct or like you want it (if not change it) and click on OK. 
6. Remember the folder where you downloaded your text file so that you can open it with you favorite word processor or Wordpad.

Warning: If you just "left click" the following link then the text file will load into this window without giving you a chance to save it.
