     Almond Eugene Whitlock was born in 1861 Steuben County, in New York.1 He was the son of Theodore Whitlock and Amanda Newell.1

     Alonzo Whitlock was born in September 1840 in Ithaca, Tompkins, in New York.1 He was the son of Jesse Whitlock and Mary M. Pew.1
     Alonzo Whitlock appeared on the 1850 Federal Census of Genoa, Cayuga, New York in the household of his parents, Jesse Whitlock and Mary M. Whitlock.2
     Circa 1867, Alonzo Whitlock married Clarinda J. Shaw, daughter of Leonard Shaw and Caroline (Unknown), .3
     Alonzo Whitlock and Clarinda J. Whitlock appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Ithaca, Tompkins, New York, enumerated 18 July 1870, reporting Alonzo as a a Sash and Blind Maker living in the household of Henry & Caroline Conrad.. Their daughter Ida was listed as living with them.4
     Alonzo Whitlock and Clarinda J. Whitlock appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Ithaca, Tompkins, New York, at 209 South Avenue, enumerated 15 June 1880 reporting Alonzo as a Sash and Blind Maker. Their children Ida and Minnie were listed as living with them, as well as a servant, Hattie Howell and student, Winifred Shiras.5
     Alonzo Whitlock and Clarinda J. Whitlock appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Ithaca, Tompkins, New York, enumerated 1 June 1900, reporting Alonzo as an Electrician, and Alonzo's father, Jesse Whitlock living with them.6
     Alonzo Whitlock and Clarinda J. Whitlock appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Ithaca, Tompkins, New York, at 114 College Avenue, enumerated 18 April 1910, reporting Howard A. Lindster, age 14, their grandson living with them.7
     Alonzo Whitlock died on 22 April 1913 in Ithaca, Tompkins, New York, at the age of 72.1
     Alonzo was buried in the East Lawn Cemetery, located in Ithaca, Tompkins County, New York .8
