     Jesse Whitlock, was probably included as a white male, age fifteen to nineteen years old, in John Whitlock's household on the 1830 Census enumerated in Ithaca, Tompkins, New York; also listed in John's household is an unknown female between the age 10 and 14 years.⁴ On 7 January 1831, Jesse was dismissed from the First Presbyterian Church in Ithaca, Tompkins, New York, and eventually became either Methodist of Baptist.⁵
     Circa 1833, Jesse Whitlock married Mary M. Pew.³ On the census of 1840 in Ithaca, Tompkins, New York,, Jesse were living near John Whitlock.⁶

Their children Hiriam M., Susan and Hannah Julia were listed as living with them.¹⁰ Jesse was listed as the daughter of an unknown person on the 1880 Census in Ithaca, Tompkins, New York.¹¹
     Jesse Whitlock appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Ithaca, Tompkins, New York, in the household of Alonzo Whitlock and Clarinda J. Whitlock, his son and daughter-in-law.¹²
     Jesse Whitlock died on 6 January 1901 in Ithaca, Tompkins, New York, at the age of 88.²
     Jesse was buried in June 1901 in the East Lawn Cemetery, located in Ithaca, Tompkins County, New York .^2,13

     Jessie M. Whitlock was born on 24 December 1863 New York.¹ She was the daughter of Morris Whitlock and Elizabeth (Unknown).¹
     Jessie M. Whitlock appeared on the 1870 Federal Census of Humphrey, Cattaraugus, New York, in the household of her parents, Morris Whitlock and Elizabeth Whitlock.¹
     Jessie M. Whitlock died on 31 August 1882 in Almer, Tuscola, Michigan, at the age of 18.
