     Johann Jacob Eisenlord was born on 23 March 1736 in Reutlingen, Schwarzwaldkreis, Wuerttemberg, Germany.1,2,3 He could also have been born on 6 August 1737 in Germany .4
     Johann Jacob Eisenlord emmigrated from Wurtemburg, Germany .5
     Johann Jacob Eisenlord filed the Petition of Naturalization on 20 March 1762. At the time of the petition, Johannwere residing at an unknown place .6
     John Eisenlord was found on the 1766 tax list in Canajoharie, Montgomery County, New York.6
     On 1 August 1767, Johann Jacob Eisenlord married Anna Elizabeth Krembs, daughter of Peter Krems and Elisabetha Empie. They were married at Palantine, Montgomery County, New York.1,3,4 Johann Jacob Eisenlord was naturalized again on 8 March 1773.6
     John Eisenlord served in the military became a Captain of the 1st company of the Fourth Battalion of the German Flats New York Milita on 6 September 1775.7 Major John Eisenlord who lost his life in the American Revolution was from Wurtensburg, Germany. During the Revolution was killed while fighting under General Herkimer at Battle of Oriskanny, Aug. 6, 1777, aged 40 years. A member of many committees in and around Tyron County, New York .1
     Johann Jacob Eisenlord died on 6 August 1777 in Battle of Oriskanny, Oneida, New York, at the age of 41. The battle of Oriskanny was known as one of the bloodiest battles of the Revolutionary War.1,2

He was sponsored by Peter Krembs and Elizabeth (Unknown).1 Johannes Eisenlord was mentioned in the will of Peter Krems, his grandfather, filed on 30 June 1801 in Stone Arabia, Montgomery, New York.
