I John Morris of Lansing in Tompkins County and state of New York enjoying of perfect soundness of mind and memory make and ordain my last will and testament in manner and form follow ing Vis, I give and bequeathed to my beloved son John all my real estate who is to pay one hundred Dollars in manner and form following (that is to say) twenty five Dollars to my son Thomas and twenty five Dollars to my daughter Mary twenty five Dollars to my daughter Rebakah and twenty five Dollars to my daughter Susanah, which payments are to be made within too years after my decease I also allow to my beloved wife the west and middle rooms with the kitchen furniture with on bed and bedding sufficient for a comfortable change and also on cow to be kept on the farm wan to have a comfortable support off of the farm during her life and at her decease the above described those household good I give to Rebakak and further after my debts is paid my personal property is to be equally devided amoungst my five Children And I further ordain nomenate and appoint James MC Kiney and John Morris my son Executor and my daughter Rebakak Executix of this my last will and testament hereby working all other and former will by me at any time heretofore made in witch whereof I have her unto set my hand and seat the twenty second day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventeen
