     Sally Wilbur, Ann Wilbur, Jefferson Wilbur and Elmira Eisenlord "Myra" Wilbur were listed as a household member living with Alanson Wilbur on the 1850 Census in Lyons, Wayne, New York; Also living in the household with Alanson and Jefferson's family is Lafayette      b. NY     age 15 (so far I have not been able to place who this is.).8 On the 1860 Census in Bonus Prairie, Boone, Illinois,, Sally was listed as the head of the family. Harrison M. Wilbur was listed as a household member.3 On the 1870 census , Sally Wilbur was listed as the head of the family living in Bonus Prairie, Boone, Illinois.9
     Sally Moore died on 18 April 1874 in Bonus Prairie, Boone, Illinois, at the age of 79.6,4 Sally was buried on Tuesday, 21 April 1874 Andrus Cemetery, Bonus Township, Boone, Illinois. Located in Row 1 #3.4

ELIZABETH CAROLYN (BETTY) MOREY HENSLEY

Age 89, of Santa Fe, died August 1, 1999, in Santa Fe.

She was born September 9,1909 in Baraboo, Wisconsin to Frederick Eugene Morey and Jessie Juanita Prentice Morey. She married E.T. Hensley, Jr. January 10, 1931.

Betty was a Charter Member and past president of Chapter R, P.E.O., Portales, a member of Trinity Episcopal Church, Portales, and active in many other Civic Activities there until her husband Judge E.T. Hensley, Jr. was appointed to the New Mexico court of Appeals in 1966 and they moved to Santa Fe.

She was preceded in death by her first child, E.T. Hensley, III, in 1931, her husband E.T. Hensley, Jr., a daughter-in-law, Carolyn Brown Hensley, wife of Jackson Hensley, and a brother, Frederick E. Morey, Jr.

After Judge Hensleys death in 1967, Betty remained in Santa Fe and was a member of Chapter G, P.E.O. of Santa Fe.

She is survived by children: Fred T. Hensley and wife, Linda of Clovis, Bill Hensley and wife, Becky, of Plano, Texas, and Jackson and Tresa Hensley of Santa fe and Taos; two brothers, William Prentice Morey of Florida and George B. Morey of Chicago; grandchildren: Susan Hensley Stone, Amy Hensley Ingram, Rick Hensley, Lori Hensley Young, Lynne Hensley Gibson, Michael hensley, Janet Hensley Martin, Morica Hensley, and six great-grandchildren.

A family graveside service will take place in Portales Saturday, August 7, 1999.1

     Frederick Eugene "Fred" Morey was born on 11 January 1869 in Manchester, Washtenaw, Michigan.3,4,5,1,6
     On 24 December 1890, Fred Morey married Bertha E. Burt, daughter of M. A. Burt and Lillian Maine, in Baraboo, Sauk, Wisconsin.4,2 Based on the City directory of 1895, Fred and Caroline were living at 533 2nd Avenue, Baraboo, Sauk, Wisconsin. Caroline is listed as the widow of George B.. Also living in the household: Ella Luella Morey.7
     Fred Morey appeared on the census of 20 June 1895 in Ward 1, Baraboo, Sauk, Wisconsin, based on the number of people listed the following people could be included in the household: Caroline Amanda Cramb and Ella Luella Morey. This is a supposition due to the fact that the 1895 Census of Wisconsin only lists the total number of males and females.8 Fred was listed as a boarder on the 1900 census on [LD1] in 533 3rd Avenue, Baraboo, Sauk, Wisconsin, living with Milton BURT family ( Fred's father-in-law). Fred is listed as a widower.9 On the 1905 census in Ward 1, in Baraboo, Sauk, Wisconsin,, Fred was listed as the head of the family.10
     On 15 August 1905, Fred Morey married Jessie Juanita Prentice, daughter of William Henry Prentice and Mary Elizabeth "Libby" Rich, in Baraboo, Sauk, Wisconsin.3
     On the 1910 census in residing at 539 Second Avenue, Baraboo, Sauk County, Wisconsin, residing at 539 Second Avenue,, Frederick was listed as the head of the family and Jessie, his wife. Also included in the household: Elizabeth Caroline "Betty" Morey.11 Based on the City directory of 1915, Fred and Jessie were living at 539 Second Avenue, Baraboo, Sauk, Wisconsin.12 On the 1920 census , Frederick Eugene "Fred" Morey was listed as the head of the family living at 539 Second Avenue in Baraboo, Sauk, Wisconsin. Also included in the household: William Prentice Morey, Elizabeth Caroline "Betty" Morey, Frederick Morey II, George Bradley Morey and Mary Elizabeth Prentice.13 According to the census, Frederick's occupation was Supervisor of Woolen Mill.14
Frederick Eugene "Fred" Morey was listed as the head of the family, on the 1930 census, living at 539 Second Avenue in Baraboo, Sauk, Wisconsin. Also included in the household: William Prentice Morey, Elizabeth Caroline "Betty" Morey, Frederick Morey II and George Bradley Morey. George is listed several lines ahead of his parents. He is listed with the same househould # and Family # with an unknown age.14 Frederick's obituary on 17 January 1951 was printed in the Baraboo News Republic, circulated in Baraboo, Sauk County, Wisconsin. Jessie Juanita Morey, Margaret Pierce, Morey Pierce, William Prentice Morey Jr., Kathleen Elizabeth Morey, Winifred Maude Morey, Elizabeth Caroline Hensley, Frederick Morey II, William Prentice Morey and George Bradley Morey were listed as survivors.5 On 17 January 1951, Frederick Eugene died in Baraboo, Sauk, Wisconsin,, at the age of 82. Jessie Juanita Prentice was the informant on the death certificate.5,1 His Social Security Number was 591-14-5826.1 Frederick was buried on Thursday, 18 January 1951 in the Walnut Hill Cemetery, located in Baraboo, Sauk County, Wisconsin . Buried next to him is his wife, Jessie J. (PRENTICE); his mother Caroline MOREY (CRUM) and Fred's first wife Bertha E. (BURT). In 2002, the ashes of Fred and Jessie's son George were laid to rest in the Morey Plot.4,5,1
