Just how many of us are there? Keep in mind that these numbers only reflect the Individuals whom we have recorded in our family files. We know there are more out there and we will update these numbers as they are discovered.

It's hard to explain the generations. They can't be defined by time period, so here's the best I can do: Simon Bastesen Stokke was generation 1. His children, in the photo section, are generation 2. In the biographies the children of generation 2 are listed and those children are generation 3. These lists include my grandfather, whose children (including my mother) would be generation 4, making me a member of generation 5. My children are part of generation 6 and my grandchildren are in generation 7. I don't know if that helps you to locate your spot, but if not feel free to e-mail me and we will figure it out.
