A MEMORIAL of an Indented deed of assignment dated the third day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty eight Between William Bradish Montfort of Middletown in the County of Longford Esquire of the one part and John Dowd of Longford in the County of Longford Victular of the other part. Whereas by Indenture of Lease bearing the date on or about the first day of May one thousand eight hundred and twenty seven the said William B Montfort demised unto Patrick Egan all that and those that part of the Lands of Newtown Bynagh Containing two acres and one half or thereabouts be the same More or less as then and now in said Patrick Eganís possession situate lying and being in the Parish of Killashee Barony of Moydow and County of Longford Aforesaid To Hold to the said Patrick Egan his Heirs and Assigns for and during the Term and Time of the Natural Life of him the said Patrick Egan or Twenty one years which ever be the longer Yielding and Paying thereout unto the said William Bradish Montfort his Heirs and Assigns the yearly Sum of Three pounds ten shillings late Currency payable on every first day of May and every first day of November and each year during said Terms Over and Above all taxes and Impositions Whatsoever Crown Rent and Quit Rent only excepted And Whereas the said William Bradish Montfort for the Consideration herein after mentioned hath agreed to assign his Interest in said premises to the said John Dowd. Now this Indenture Witnesseth that to the said William Bradish Montfort for and in Consideration
