‘To the Rgr appd by Act of Parliamt for Regg deeds conveys & Wills A Meml of an Indd deed of Marriage Settlemt bearing date the 7 day of Decr in the Year or Our Lord 1814 made betwn the Revd Mounteford Longfield of Desert in the Co of Cork Clk of the First part Mary Ann Connor of the City of Cork Spinster of the 2d part & Geo Stawell of Crowbeg in the Coy of Cork Esqr & the Revd Richd Longfield Connor of Kilmurry in the sd Coy Clk of the 3 part reciting that a Marriage was then Intd to be had & Solemnized betwn the sd Mr Longfd and the sd Mary Ann Connor whereby the sd Mountifd Longfid did grant sell assign transfer & make over unto the sd Geo Stawell and Richd Longfd Connor all that & More part & parcel of the Lands of Knockmacool then in the Possn of the sd Mounfd Longfield Contg by Estmn 30a .2: 40 English Statute Measure Situate Lying and being in the Parish of Desert Serjers in the Coy of Cork to hold unto the sd Geo Stawell & Richd Longfield Connor & to the survr of them& to the Exors admors & Aps of such Survr for the Residue of the Term of 200 years therein Mentd & for such further Term of Years as should thereafter be obtained thereof in Trust after the Solemnizn of sd Intd Marre to permit the sd Mountifd Longfield to receive Rents during so many Years as he shd happen to live & after his decease to permit the sd Mary Ann Connor to receive the Rents during so many years as she should happen to live to her use and after the decease of the survr of them in trust for the Children in Manner therein Mentd & in Case there Shd not be any Child of the sd Mountifd Longfield on the Body of the sd Mary Ann Connor begotten in Trust to Transfer the sd Lands unto thhe Exors adms & apt of the sd Mountifd Longfield & it was? by sd deed declared that the principal Sum of £1500 therein Mentd was vested in the sd Geo Stawell & Richd Longfield Connor in trust after the decease of Wm Connor the Elder therein named to pay the yearly Int therof to the sd Mountifd Longfield during his Life & after his Decease in trust to pay the yearly Int of sd Sum of £1500 unto the sd Mary Ann Connor during her life which sd Yearly Int togr with the provision therin Made for her was declared to be her Jointure and in full bar? of Dower after the decease of the survr of them the sd Mountifd Longfield & Mary Ann Connor in Trust for Children in Mannar? therein Mentd & in Case there shd be no Child the issue of the sd Intd Marre in trust to pay & transfer the sd Sum of £1500 unto the Exors adms & Assigns of the sd Mountifd Longfield the Exeon of wh sd deed & of the Meml is Witnd by John Dorman Donroche of the City of Cork Esqr and Hugh Lawton of the same City Gent

Memorial of an Indented Deed of Marriage Settlement bearing date the seventh day of December in the year of our Lord One thousand eight hundred and fourteen made Between The Reverend Mountifort Longfield of Desert in the County of Cork clerk of the first part, Mary Ann Conner of the City of Cork Spinster of the second part and George Stawell of Crobeg in the County of Cork Esquire and The Reverend Richard Longfield Connor of Kilmurry in the said County Clerk of the third part reciting that a Marriage was then intended to be had and solemnized Between the said Mountifort Longfield and the said Mary Ann Conner whereby the said Mountifort Longfield did grant sell assign transfer and make over unto the said George Stawell and Richard Longfied Connor all that and those part and parcell of the lands of Knockmacool then in the possession of the said Mountifort Longfield containing by Estimation thirty Acres two Roods and forty perches English Statute Measure Situate lying and being in the Parish of Desert Serjes in the County of Cork to hold unto the said George Stawell and Richard Longfield Conner and to the survivor of them and to the Ex’ors & admors and Assigns of such Survivor for the Residue of the Term of two hundred years therein Mentioned and for such further Term of Years as should thereafter be obtained thereof in Trust after the Solemnization of said intended Marriage to permit the said Mountifort Longfield to receive the Rents during so many Years as he should happen to live and after his decease to permit the said Mary Ann Conner to receive the Rents during so many years as She should happen to live to her Use and after the decease of the Survivor of them in Trust for Children in manner therein mentioned and in case there should not be any Child of the said Mountifort Longfield on the body of the said Mary Ann Conner begotten in Trust to transfer the said lands unto the Exors Admors and Assigns of the said Mountifort Longfield And it was by said Deed declared that the principal Sum of One thousand five hundred Pounds therein mentioned was Vested in the said George Stawell and Richard Longfield Conner in Trust after the decease of William Conner the Elder therein named to pay the yearly Interest thereof to the said Mountifort Longfield during his life and after his decease in trust to pay the yearly Inerest of said sum of One thousand five hundred Pounds unto the said Mary Ann Conner during her life which said yearly Interest together with the Provision therein made for her was declared to be her Jointure and in full bar? of Dower and after the decease of the survivor of them the said Mountifort Longfield & Mary Ann Conner in Trust for Children in Manner therein mentioned, and in case there should be no Child the issue of the said intended Marriage in Trust to pay and transfer the said Sum of One thousand five hundred Pounds unto the Exors & Adminsts & Assigns of the said Mountifort Longfield, the Execution of which said Deed and of this Memorial is Witnessed by John Dorman Donroche of the City of Cork Esquire and Hugh Lawton of the same City Gentleman
