To the Register appointed by Act of Parliament for Registering of Deeds and so forth.

A Memorial of an Indented deed of Release bearing date the twenty-ninth day of December one thousand eight hundred and eleven and made Between Henry Irwin of Harristown in the County of Sligo Esq. of the one part and Richard Irwin of Killmore in the said County of Sligo Esq. of the other part. Reciting that by Indenture of Lease bearing date the Eighth day of January one thousand Seven hundred and ninety one and made between Henry Irwin of Streamstown in the County of Sligo Esq. of the one part and the said Henry Irwin of Harristown of the other part He the said Henry Irwin of Streamstown did Grant Sell and to farm Let unto the said Henry Irwin of Harristown all that and those parts of Harristown then in the possession of the said Henry Irwin of Harristown and his undertenants James Henery Martin Hart John Flinn and James Davy together with the town and Lands of Daghluna as then held by Patrick Scanlon and his Copartners. To hold the said demised premises with the rights members and appurtanances unto the said Henry of Harristown his heirs Execurs. Admins. And assigns for and during the life and lives of him the said Henry Irwin of Harristown John Irwin son of Lewis Irwin of Tanrego and Henry Irwin son of Henry Irwin of Roxborough and the survivors and survivor of them for and during the lives and life of all and every other person and persons as should by virtue of the Covenant for renewal therein contained from time to time successively forever be added at the yearly rent of fifty pounds to be paid by half yearly payments on every first day of May and first day of November in which said deed is contained a Covenant for perpetual renewal at a proper corn fine on the fall of each life as by said Indenture of Lease might appear. And reciting that previous to the Execution of said Deed of Release so bearing date the Twenty-ninth day of December one thousand eight hundred and eleven an account had been stated and settled between the said Henry Irwin of Harristown and the said Richard Irwin to and for the first day of November then last and that on foot of which Account there appeared to be due and owing by the said Henry Irwin of Harristown to the said Richard Irwin above all Just Credits a sum of five hundred and sixteen pounds eight Shillings and four pence. And Reciting that for and in Consideration of said sum of five hundred and sixteen pounds Eight Shillings and four pence so due and owing from the said Henry Irwin unto the said Richard Irwin and also for the consideration of the sum of five Shillings to him the said Henry Irwin in hand paid by the said Richard Irwin at or before the Sealing and delivery of said Indenture of Release the receipts whereof is by said deed acknowledged He the said Henry Irwin did Grant Bargain Sell Release and Confirm unto the said Richard Irwin in his Actual possession then being by virtue of an Indenture of Bargain and Sale to him thereof made for one whole year bearing date the next before the day of the date of said deed of Release and by force of the Statute for transferring uses into possession and to his heirs and assigns All that and those the said several lands and premises so as aforesaid Comprised in said Indenture so bearing date the eighth day of January one thousand Seven hundred and Ninety-one with their and every of their appurtenances and the Revision and Revisions Remainder and Remainders rents issues and profits of all and Singular the before recited lands in premises and every part and parcel thereof an also all the Estate right title Interest claim challenge and demand whatsoever of him the said Henry Irwin in to or out of the same or any part thereof To hold to the said Richard Irwin his heirs and assigns to his and their proper use intent and purpose. Provided nevertheless that if the said Henry Irwin his heirs or assigns should pay or cause to be paid unto the said Richard Irwin his Execurs. Admins. Or assigns said sum of Five hundred and sixteen pounds eight Shillings and four pence together with such further sum or sums of money as stated at any time or times thereafter be lent to the said Henry Irwin by the said Richard Irwin pursuant to a Borrowing clause in said deed contained with Interest thereon on or before the twelfth say of December one thousand eight hundred and twelve that then and in such case not only said deed should cease and be void but also one Bond bearing equal date therewith made by the said Henry Irwin to the said Richard Irwin in the final Sum of one thousand and thirty-two pounds sixteen Shillings and eight pence Conditioned for payment of Five hundred and Sixteen pounds eight shillings and four pence and payable to the said Richard Irwin his Execurs. Admins and assigns to be given up to the said Henry Irwin to be cancelled and any Judgment to be obtained thereon to be satisfied by the said Richard Irwin but at the Costs and charge of the said Henry Irwin which said Deed and this Memorial are witnessed by Napper Irwin of Mucalta and John Irwin of Flower Hill both in the County of Sligo Gent. And James Irwin of Cuttycreen in said County.

The above named John Irwin maketh oath and saith he saw the deed of which the above writing is a Memorial duly Signed Sealed and delivered by the Executing parties thereto and that he also saw the above named Henry Irwin Sign Seal and Execute the above memorial and Saith that the name John Irwin subscribed as a Witness to the said Deed and Memorial is this Deponents proper name and hand writing.

Sworn before me at Boyle in this County of Roscommon this first day of Jany 1812 by order of a Commission now directed for taking affidavits in the County. [] Deputy Michael Dessantt
